Administered a budget of approximately $200,000 which includes administrative, programming, supply, and work-study lines; prepared budget proposals, regulated staff expenditures, prepared financial reports

Adjudicated hearings with sanctioning authority through housing suspension and student life probation; serve as an organization hearing administrator, conduct advisor, and standard board member
Provided leadership and support to promote out-of-classroom student learning goals based on assessment
Coordinated, designed, and supported activities to increase student leadership development with special attention provided to support underrepresented, nontraditional, and marginalized student groups
Oversaw development for Japanese language immersion and Gender-Neutral living-learning communities and worked closely with faculty to align resources
